Terms and Conditions…..
It is essential to read and understand our conditions.

Reservations and Deposits
The easiest way to make a reservation with us is to fill out our on-line application under “Book A Trip ” and pay via PayPal. You may call us for any questions that you may have. No trip is guaranteed until we send you a confirmation e-mail. Early enrollment is encouraged as group size is limited and some trips require greater preparation time.

After your space on the trip has been confirmed, we will send you an information packet containing your trip itinerary; visa/travel permit related documents; insurance information; clothing recommendations, and general information on your destination.

Payments
We accept payments through PayPal for deposits and final payments.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing, by e-mail or by fax immediately. Deposits are non refundable.
If you cancel within 60 days of the trip, then we will refund your money paid with the exception of the deposit.
If you cancel 45-59 days before the trip then you lose 25 percent of your payment.
If you cancel 30-44 days before your trip then you lose 50 percent of your
payment.
If you cancel with less than 30 days, then you lose your entire booking cost.

No refunds will be made for anyone who voluntarily leaves a trip after it has
already begun. There will also be no refund given for activities not
participated in, voluntarily missed meals, transport, etc.

Wanderlust reserves the right to cancel a trip anytime before it is guaranteed
to run. We do reserve the right to cancel a trip due to terrorism, war, natural disaster,
political instability, or any other external event. If we do cancel a trip because of these external events previously states, then you are entitled to a full refund. We are not responsible for any expenses that you may have paid as a result of booking such as vaccinations, visas, or nonrefundable flight.

Wanderlust’s prices are based on the current prices and exchange rates at the time
of planning the trips. We reserve the right to change these prices if needed.
We will contact you of any changes.

Late bookings
On some trips it is not possible for us to accept late bookings.

Passports and Visas
You must carry a valid passport (that does not expire within 6 months of
traveling) and have the appropriate visas if required. We are not responsible if
you are refused entry into a country because of lack of proper documentation.

Insurance
Insurance is mandatory. We will be happy to recommend companies for you.

Tours
While traveling with Wanderlust Adventures you agree to accept the authority of
the group leader or tour operator at all times. You understand that Wanderlust
reserves the right to decline any member of the group at any time.

Fees and Charges
Your wanderlust adventure includes:
- All accommodations as listed in itinerary.
- All the transportation including:

-      Full time service of a group leader
-      Professional guides on adventures
-      Sightseeing as listed in your itinerary
-      Adventures as listed in itinerary
-      Some meals (we specify which meals in your information packet mailed to you)
-      Airport Pick ups and Drop offs (So please let us know of your flight
       details when you book them)
-      Tips for guides
-      All entry fees to national parks and monuments that are specified in the
        itinerary

Prices do not include:
-      International flights
-      Departure taxes
-      Local payment as specified in the trip notes
-      Optional sightseeing, excess baggage, laundry, postage, drinks, or any other items of
        a personal nature
-      Some meals
-      Insurance

Our Responsibilities
We act as an agent for the owners and/or contractors providing the services and means of transportation specified. We assume no responsibility in connection with any injury, death, loss, accident, or delay which may be occasioned either by reason of defect or through the acts of default of any company engaged in carrying out arrangements of the tour. We cannot guarantee that transportation, accommodations, and activities will be exactly as outlined in the general itineraries. In the unlikely event that our supplier does not honor their contract with us, we reserve the right to change such services which are outlined in our itinerary. . You understand that we contract with a list of local suppliers to assist in the running of these trips. It is to the best of our knowledge that they are highly qualified to perform their duties that they are contracted to do.

Client Information
You will be responsible for providing correct information providing personal details such as passport name and contact information. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to incorrect or inaccurate information.

Baggage
We allow one “main” piece of luggage per person. You are also allowed one carry-on but we recommend a day pack to make your trip easier. Your main piece of luggage must be of standard size so that we can stow it in vans, boats, and other modes of transportation. You must be able to lift and transport your luggage comfortably.

Arrivals
It is your responsibility to provide us with your flight itinerary as soon as you book your flight. This enables us to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off. For the majority of the trips you will need to arrive at the designated city by midday on day one.

Local Payments
Our trips require a local payment on the time of arrival. It is given to your
group leader so that he can pay local suppliers with cash so that it
reduces the overall cost of your trip. It also directly supports the local economy.

Dangers
It is important that you understand that Wanderlust Adventures is not a
tour…it’s an adventure packed journey. It’s also important that you understand
that we operate where the standard of safety, transport, accommodation, hygiene
and medical facilities might not be what you are used to at home. You accept
these dangers and conditions when you come on trips with us.

Schedules and Itineraries
The itineraries at Wanderlust sometimes change during the course of the year. It
could be due to practicalities such as a change in a bus schedule or a revised
government policy. We would ask you for your patience and flexibility but we
will notify you of all changes.

Ages
We take travelers ages 15 and up. Travelers under 18 years of age are required to have a Parental Consent Form filled out. All travelers should be in excellent physical
health to fully participate on our journeys. For our travelers, we stress that
our accommodations are basic and that our transport can sometimes be demanding.
You will be expected to carry your own bags and participate in group activities.
Please consult with your doctor if you have any doubts.

Health and Fitness
Wanderlust’s trips are physically demanding and you should be in excellent
health to travel with us. You should read our itineraries carefully and contact
us with any questions that you might have. Please consult a doctor for
vaccination and other medical requirements for your trip. Under some
circumstances we may require a medical certificate prior to booking your trip.
